I get the impression that the support level is declining. Tickets are not answered any more. And again, release info of CIS is not up to date on the site. It is a pity but I think that I will have to look around for the next free product that in time doesn't live up to their promises.

I can swap my infected computer within an hour with a not infected backup image. Can my government do the same if their Tax Revenue Office is under attack ?"
