Ok, I uninstalled SP1 and problem didn't disappear, uninstalled avast, problem still present, installed avast and uninstalled Comodo Firewall and latency disappeared. I installed Comodo again and latency spikes reappeared after 5h.  Please, can anyone reproduce this bug? Thank you! No one can help me?  |

I came across this same issue. Had to uninstall Utorrent and remove all instances within' the OS that involved Utorrent .. files, folders, registry keys... ect. then went to older version of Utorrent it seemed to help my issue.. Dont know if it will yours but you can give it a shot... The registry entry is listed as bittorrent rather then Utorrent... Hope it helps ya!

Use the following command line, including the quotes (you may need to adjust the file path depending on where CIS is installed to). "C:Program Files\Comodo\Comodo Internet Security\cavscan.exe" %1 |
