Always takes a minute or so for me to update as well. No biggie though . Don't really notice anything different. But that's good.  I do not run in sandbox though. No much reason to do so and seems to be slow if I do .

That's the thing. I don't want to, nor do I have time to read through all of those. And on a overclocked i5 3570k with 16GB ram and my OS installed on an SSD, I doubt I will experience that much of a difference.

Do any of you that were able to update via Comodo itself change the following two settings:

1) "Disable Auto Updates" in the Comodo settings tab so "Comdo Dragon wont automatically install updates, but will still notify you".

2) Change the service setting to 'manual' for the "Comodo Auto Update" service.

I have always had my settings like those above and have never had an issue updating until 24.0 > 24.1. Now I can not update at all on my W7 x64 machine.

Once again, I opened Dragon, clicked on about, and found that it had already been updated. No problems here  Grin.

Also, no DBone, I did not change those settings. Dragon is set to automatically update and has done so for the last 3 updates now.

Woow, gorgeous! Automatic update from 24.1 to 24.2 finally worked! I did not have to update manually. Hopefully it will also be the case in the further versions...
