       The html5 test website uses old results on their page.  Must have a lazy web developer. The earlier posts in this thread are more current.

If you are referring to Maxthon, they had by mistake enabled html5-functions that did not work (see link in my previous post), so the current score is the correct one.

     JoWa and Eric are both right about all this. I read Google bought the html5 standard 5 years ago. MINOR adjustments were being made with a standards board. But Maxthon blog retracted their results in the test and claimed continuing to change standard ect.. I believe Maxthon absolutely was scamming to sell their browser.

Lovely..... but since HTML 5 is a moving target, its specs are still not finalized and are still being discussed,...... y'all can fill in the blanks..... Cheesy

I am a hardcore Opera user but this comes across another silly competition of properties of the male primary sexual organ without a reference and as a result leaving all contestants in a bonfire of vanities fretting over little differences....   Roll Eyes
