that's not how I mean and I am aware that a bootable cd will come out.

CTM has the ability to appear before the computer boots. if DASC would be able to be would be great but I believe that would be hard if not impossible.

I think Valentin N is suggesting a pre-boot scan (i.e. Avast)

Similar. I am not sure how Avast's boot scanner works but it's surely starting windows in prompt(cmd environment) and after that activates avast's prompt scanner and CMT doesn't if I am right and I would like this very special ability CCE to have.

we need something to kill unknown process on boot. a module that would ask the user if they want to allow the program to run would help kill the rogues that block everything from running. When doing a full scan it asks for the user to reboot on reboot if a program that is not safe trys to run it alerts the user asking for permission. if this isnt possible the option in cis could also work "block all unknown requests if the application is closed"

A right-click context menu would be great.

First off, I think KillSwitch is an excellent tool. However, I think it should become more use friendly. This could be achieved with a more attractive GUI inc. buttons to archive common tasks such as "hide safe processes", etc. I'm sure alot of the options from the dropdown menus could also be grouped into other areas, put into an advanced section, etc.

Melih I wonder if my wish is possible by giving CCE the  ability to start after the computers logo which would be same ability as CTM has.

Velentine you can easily accomplish this actually using a Windows PE environment which is really easy to build and use.

http://reboot.pro has plenty of tutorials and apps.  I've posted a screen shot of CCE in my PE working.

Avert the danger that has not yet come

I thought I would share these wishes with all forum members (they were originally posted in the usability forum, which is accessible only to users with special privileges).

Auto suspend
How about an option for Killswitch to automatically suspend any newly launched process that is unknown, suspicious, or malicious?. If you have this option, it may be helpful in two scenarios:

1) Have a small installer that can install a special "lock-up rescue" version of killswitch. This installer would early-load killswitch on start-up (using a random filename), but this version of killswitch will automatically "suspend all unsafe objects" when it starts.  When an infected system is too bogged down by malware, trying to run killswitch in its current configuration is often impossible.

2) Running Killswitch in background. If you have malware that keeps re-launching new processes, Killswitch will automatically suspend the processes and not let them lock up the machine. This would be most useful for zero-day malware for which there is no signature (so verdict from Comodo, other AV vendors, and CAMAS may be unknown).

When the Internet Connection is disabled
Provide a method to download the latest AV database and white list for CCE. If malware disables the internet connection, then CCE and killswitch cannot access DACS, CAMAS, the cloud, and updates. In this case, you need to download the most up-to-date information from another computer, and transfer the files to the infected computer.

Eliminate traces
Also, it would be nice if CCE eliminated malware "traces". I know the most important issue is getting rid of active or potentially active malware ("acid" cleaning), but getting rid of traces is a nice way to add a "polished shine" on what you've just cleaned.

Tools That Fix system settings
Add tools to scan for and correct system changes made by malware (e.g. deactivation of task manager, home page hijack, disable control panel, etc.). Maybe you can build these into the standard scan.

I wish that  DACS also scan files(not only processes). For example when you downloaded file and you want to check it with 13 difrent scanners.

I would also like to see an option to disable scanning of archives. (It is unnecessary to scan all archives with CCE and it's very time consuming too)
