From memory, I created the dump file before I click the "Don't Send" option.

Do you want to try again to reproduce the crash?

I have tried four times to reproduce this for you,  without success.  I will try again tomorrow.

I'm sorry Emanuel,  but I have not been able to reproduce this problem at all.

Is there any news on saved/schedule backups not showing on the Manage section of CBU?.
I have check that they are there in "Task Scheduler" and folder C:\Windows\Tasks.  On an side note,  If I click "Run" on an CBU entry within the Task Scheduler CBU does not run.

I have also found reference in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_\SOFTWARE\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup\Schedulelist.

I think they could be old schedules from an older version of CBU.
Can you please export the registry key and email it to me or post it?

Thanks

Again I am sorry,  but having trouble with the GUI not showing scheduled/saved backups,  I deleted all instances of any scheduled/saved backups I found in the registry and task scheduler.

I will wait for the next version of CBU and try again on this machine.

Well I have just had Windows 7 SP1 install after a false start,  had to run mountvol /E from an command prompt for it to install.  Would you believe it,  CBU now works perfectly.

A bemused clemo.

Hello,

I'm experiencing the same issue with CB. Every time I try to add a scheduled backup it says "An error has occurred while setting the schedule. The schedule has not been set". I've tried running the .exe in compatible mode and with admin rights. I'm running Windows 7 x64.

Any solution to this problem yet? For the record, my scheduled tasks are working just fine. I have a rdiff-backup script running every day.

Thanks

The issue seems to have been reported before in 4.0 version.
We have a fix for it.
Please try one of these exes, place it in your installation folder and use it instead of CBU.exe
Let us know if it works:
GUI.exe (32 bit OS)
GUI.exe (64 bit OS)

Thanks

Yes, it works! It shows an error message though. But I guess it's because I replaced CBU.exe.

Thanks for your help!

You can delete the lines that start with %InstallDir%\CBU.exe|allwin| ... in version.ini file to fix this problem. Version.ini is located in installation directory.

Thanks
