Hey and warm welcome to comodo forums!

Does it say something else besides this error. It can be like this that your backup file is damaged.

Emanuel will help you.

No, the restore starts up, then stops with this error code.
I have been able to restore my emails, but not documents, settings or registry.

Since I don't understand what the error means I will ask (maybe stupid) questions.

How did you install CB? you should install it as admin.

Can you also tell where the backup is located.

Hi

Error code 64 means a file/folder is in use.
A restart is required to finalize the restore operation.
When this error occurs you are asked if you want to schedule the restore at next boot time. Choose Yes.

Thanks
