Glad you found the MSO2007 issue. I have attached a screenshot of my installed applications.

I don't know if it is helpful or not, but if i run an "email" backup first i get the "windows must close down CBU" message.  But, if i run another backup or even backup my email accounts etc., through the "files and directories" options first, then my email backup runs fine.

This has proved to be consistent over the last few days.

Hi.

First, you tested just MS Outlook 2007 email backup ,no?
You're saying that if you run a "files and directories" type backup first , and afterwords  an "email accounts"(outlook 2007?) type backup it runs ok?
Again, like a said, a problem was found and solved with outlook 2007 backup that could have crashed the program and you're free to test it again on the next release.

Thank You for your feedback.

I think you maybe getting me mixed up with pipistrello.

My problem is with Thunderbird,  and yes the mail accounts backup runs fine after another selected backup, e.g: files and directories or registry.

Does that make sense?

Hi clemo

Try updating to version 1.0.4.337 to see if this helps your problem.  If not then post again and we will see what we can do to help you.

hi JJasper

I have given 1.0.4.337 a try and all works well.

But the problems i have been experiening are with your 2.098047.4 RC1 release and backing up my email accounts (thunderbird).  All other backups i have tried with the RC1 release work fine.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Clemo

There will be a new update for RC1 coming soon so watch for that.  It will fix a lot of problems that have been showing up.

Hello.

If it's possible could you send me(tudorp[at]comodo.com) your thunderbird "profiles.ini" file ?It should be located in \Users\Your User\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\.

Thank You.

Profiles.ini file has been sent.

clemo

Hello.

Thank you for the file. If I remember correctly on the previous version backing up Thunderbird worked fine after you removed the unused profile that resulted in the "no content" error. Is that true?

Thank You.
