Incremental Signature Updates and Adressing Latin American Market

Hi Melih,

I would like to see the possibilty of incremental updates for adressing better the latinamerican Market.
We operate for example now for 2 years in Costa Rica and 5 before in Nicaragua; the most people are still using a 28 horsepower phoneline when accessing the Internet.

Updating Comodo AV via phoneline isn't that funny and so nobody run it's update.
Also I would suggest a implemetation of Comodo's in Spanish
