Hi Melih, knowing Haute Secures' reputation as well as Comodos' I knew the site block by Haute Secure would be reviewed & lifted quickly. I as JamesFrance no longer show your site as blocked (Red) so everthing's cool now.
Hope you & Matt from Haute Secure had a constructive & interesting meeting of minds through all this finally.

Regards

Your firewall is wonderful and works well, although the update function does not work at all. For that reason, I uninstalled your software and surprise, surprise, as someone else posted on Download.com, the problems are dramatic as your uninstaller does not uninstall the product correctly and causes a lot of problems. Luckily I had a backup at hand and was able to put things right again, but what good is a free product that causes more problems on uninstall? That isn't helping your campaign and manifesto much at all - better have someone look at the 32-bit XP version and fix those tow MAJOR bugs before you toot your own horn too much more or you'll choke on it...

Hey there and welcome to the forums  Wave,

The uninstaller problem was known and has been fixed in the Comodo Internet Security version. If you still have problems with incomplete uninstalling I sujest you take a look at this topic or at the complete uninstall tool (you have to be logged on to download it)

Have a good time using Comodo, and if you have any problems, feel free to post them in a new topic

this is my take on the "cis will charge money later" or people who are generally question its financial viability... of course i could be totally wrong.

quoted from my post on the avast forums:

"regardinng Comodo's revenue stream. it comes from certificate signing etc. if i remember correctly Thwate was sold to versign for $565million. .. so even if they're 1/100 ........

i wouldnt' worry about comodo.... also see some vids of melih on youtube. that son of a gun is a sharp dresser (yeah yeah i know it dosnet mean anything... .. but still.. )  Roll Eyes "

Hi Slangen, is there something in this statement that you'd like to elaborate on other than the fact that Comodo makes a living somehow but offers several free programs, some that are WIP and others proven efficient. So what was the question? Huh
