downloading comodo

  a question for your tec people.    i have downloaded comodo firewall and anti virus. after i press run this program windows comes up with a message saying it cannot open this and maybe i dont have permission?? whats this all about? and can somebody please help me.

Can you give us a bit more information on your computer.  What is your OS?,  Are you running as an administrator or a user?, Can you give us the exact wording of the message box?  What security applications are you running?,  Did you disable them before attempting the installation?
