are also very intelligent to say these things because Symantec buying PCTools which distributes part of its product for free, then considering that PCTools shares part of the databases in Norton Antivirus.
What should I think about the PCTools? and Norton?

that Symantec, like Comodo, allows free use (with very few conditions) of a particular product as part of their business model. If you're committed to not paying, choose the one you prefer and be happy.

Well as a regular homeuser I dont want to pay for security if I can get it for free..it is as simple as that!
A couple of years a go I use to pay for security from companies like Symantec,Mcafee, etc.
And a year a go I change to a combo of free security products..Avg,Avira Avast,Zonealarm etc
And to day im running Comodo IS..and im very happy about the change..it covers my needs and It gives me a calm feeling of security..I am protected for free!

If you've noticed all of the free security software is better than the paid editions!
I think that they companies who make a free suite actually care about security more than money and the more popular products are worse than the more un-popular ones.
That is why I think that Comodo is better than basically all of the other suites out there! So I think Symantec should start attacking people they're own size! because Comodo will own up!

I don't think it's fair to claim that all paid products are worse than any more than it is to claim that all paid products are better than all free ones.
Neither claim will hold up under scrutiny.
That said, I believe I understand what you mean. Just because a product is free does not mean that it's necessarily worse than any paid product. On those grounds we definitely agree.

That’s absolutely
false
and entirely irresponsible conclusion!

That's your subjective opinion. You have all rights to think so... Well, who will try to change your mind ?

+100 - I think Melih and Enrique should be put in the Octagon and fight to the death. That will show us who has the best security software.

The only thing paying for security software gets you is a false sense of security.
Like locking my car doors makes me feel better... Even tho if anyone REALLY wanted to get in, they could with very little effort.
