Hi,

In order to use Comodo LivePCsupport you need to disable UAC (User Account Control). Click on start button from the taskbar, type msconfig in start search and hit enter. After System Configuration is launched, go to tools tab, select disable UAC and click on launch button. Restart the computer to save the change and launch again Comodo LivePCsupport.

Thank you for your support.
