working of comodo 3 in vista and XP

Hello every1
    As now there are couple of firewalls for Vista, most of them dont pass some of the leaktests those they do pass in XP due to change architecture of Vista and some access rights etc. I would like to know is this the case with comodo that Suppose it pass test 1, 2,3,4 in XP but pass 1,2,4 in Vista... Is ratio of passing tests in XP and Vista is Equal for Comodo?

I do not using Vista but I think everything which is passed on XP it passing on Vista as well in case of Comodo FW
