Do your installation of CIS says BETA? 

If so you should uninstall it and install the official 3.8 none beta  ..
The latest if you are a beta tester is CIS 3.9 RC2.. =)

CIS should score 340/340 on that test..

Its possible you are experiencing a bug, or you have a misconfiguration, try setting CIS to proactive security and make sure all alerts are blocked 110 is a very low score . =O

EDIT:: oh is there a new leaktest in beta? :O
