Userid/password not working for Company timesheet page

When I attempt to signin to my company's timesheet page (vie IE), completing my userid/password causes an invalid page error message.  The userid/password fields turn green, and even the right userid/password are stored in i-vault but the company web page will not accept my entry.  The only way I can get to my timesheet is to turn off i-vault (I can leave the Comodo firewall up).  I'm a new user and would like to continue to use i-vault but am now concerned about what other sites won't accept it being active.

Help with this problem would be appreciated.  Thanks.
