I entered quite a few lines of notes on a serial# record. Several times I unlocked the store and added more notes to this record.
After a logoff/logon all edits were gone.
I wasted of 15 minutes, trying to get my vendor to lookup my case and contract numbers. Why didn't I write the information down?
Kind of ironic. Post-It would've been safer than an encrypted store.
This is the second time it's happened. Luckily, someone else has retained the data and was able to help.
When does i-Vault actually write the data? How can we be sure it is saved?
