Instalation problem and a humble request

I.m using a slipstreamed version of win2k3 and I'm having a problem with the installation of ivault. It pop ups a error box 1608 "Unable to create a Installdriver instance". So, I would like to know what are the dependencies for I-V?

And my humble request : Can someone please tell me if you are going to port CPF 3.0v to win2k3
