Comodo Firewall v3 + i-Vault

I have both Comodo Firewall v.3 (268) and i-Vault installed on WinXP-SP2 desktop. The firewall is logging a dozen or so blocked incomming TCP's from 85.91.228.132:80 or sometimes port 443 (www.comodo.com). I have seen on the activity window i-vault communicating with 85.91.228.132 and TCPView shows i-Vault in a "Close_Wait" state on that IP. When Firewall v.3 did it's own set-up it did pick up i-vault and established an Allow TCP/UDP out rule.

I suspect there are some settings that need to be tweaked to make a happy program, happy connection, happy computer, happy me.

Does anyone else have this situation, and if so does anyone have a solution?
