application agent not running

it says to run diagnostics utility to fix. But when i run that, it says "did not find any problems with your installation"
i'm running xp. also, i do have Ad-Aware installed. could that be the problem?

It could be the problem. Try disabling or uninstalling Ad Aware and see.
