My current version is 3.14-CIS. Now I wanna update to V4.X. Unfortunately, I forget my password so I can't either enter settings to change it or even uninstall it. As the official guidance, the current version must uninstalled first. I tried the way to edit registry items to make the password protection disable but it doesn't work.
HOW CAN I GO TO MY UPDATING?

Thx Eric, it works. The passwordhash is the point I didn't know. It should be listed in FAQ
