I don't know where else to put this query .. is it possible to just download the firewall without the Dragon and GeekBuddy attached to it? I really hate having to uninstall something I didn't want in the first place.

I'm going to be doing a fresh install of Windows 7 soon and only want the firewall bits .. nothing else.

I would download the online installer from here then when you run the installer click the customize installer button and uncheck anything you dont want.

Unfortunately it's not possible to get an installer of the latest version without GeekBuddy and Dragon, but as Wasgij6 pointed out, you don't need to install them.

this is why is suggested the online installer, the user picks what they download/install
