If you are getting constant/repetitive update notices when you are already up to date, please try the suggestion below as a work around.

"Please try the following copy the file cfpupdat.exe from \Program Files\Comodo\Comodo Internet Security\Repair folder to \Program Files\Comodo\Comodo Internet Security\
Check for updates again see if that helps solve the issue".
