cpf v3 ready to vista.??

for years i used sygate but it is discontunied. cpf is the great replacement for sygate.

i need to learn if cpf v3 will have vista support or not. (i have two computer. one of them is working with xp (sp2) with cpf and the other have vista. but i cannot install cpf on vista)

and a question;

why do i have to create rule to use emule with "high id".? i already allow all traffic for emule but if i don't create rule (the rule i read on another topic about emule) it connect with "low id"
