well, I have 12000 dll files on my C drive, so It will take a while to get them to component monitor...
No, you should not delete them, unless you want to have a lot of popups... In that case you can turn component monitor ON, so you have to approve every single one of them...
You can of course go in to component monitor and delete dll's that you know belong to programs you have uninstalled.
