how to uninstall hopsurf

uninstalled comodo and keep HS, but cannot uninstall HS now.
tried to reinstall and uninstall, still failure.
go to Start > control panel > add/remove program , there is no options for ask toolbar/ comodo HS toolbar.
In Firefox, Tools > Add-ons> button for uninstall of HS was dim.

What do you mean by "uninstalled comodo and keep HS"?
Do you have CIS installed?
What FF version are you using?

Yes, I installed and uninstalled CIS.
I didn't select to remove HS during options of uninstall.
FF is 3.5.5
