who can made me a better idea for my coumputer realy i have a problem with a viruse i can't open my coumputer till now ....ok i'm a new member here nice to meet you my friends

Hi Bruce. What do you mean with "can't open my computer"? Can you describe what happens and doesn't happen?

Can you tell us OS you are on and what security programs you have running?

Hi hatevirus,

How can you conclude that OP is talking about XP? The OS was not mentioned

That is the major problem with this forum.

In most tech related forums that is a mandatory to provide at least basic info about the system environment and the security setup.

I did post that to moderators already long ago, but it seems that it is impossible to implement
(I mean - set that as a "must be provided" rule for any request... that could be in the signature, for example).

When you are switching on your PC  & pressing F8  (tap it repeatedly)  
can you get to Safe Mode screen , where one of the choices is "Last Known Good Configuration"?
