I am new to Comodo and have installed V4. When I go to check mail with Mozilla Thunderbird, Comodo is blocking Webroot's Spy Sweeper from scanning incoming mail. I have to shut down SS before I can get the mail. How do I fix this problem? Again, you may know more than me, so please explain all steps necessary. Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you using the Comodo rules for email client.  What about the rules for Spysweeper?  I don't know anything about Spysweeper, but is it using some port other than 110 for email that needs to be added to the email ports that Comodo should allow?

I really don't know. I will look around and see what I can find and try and set it if possible. Thanks.

Hi,

Look in your logs for whatever got blocked and create rules to allow it. Or if you don't know how to do that post the logs here.

I changed some setting, earlier, and now everything with Thunderbird is working. Here is a pic of some of the settings. I did not know where to go and get the logs. If you need more info, please let me know, and also how to get there. Does these settings look right?
