It may be the case that there are reminents of ZoneAlarm still on your system causing the BSOD. I suggest Booting in safemode and doing the following:

Next go to Start > Search > Files and Folders. Make sure the location box is set to search your Local Hard Drive (usually C:\ ) or All Local Drives. Also make

sure the Advanced Search Options are set to search subfolders and hidden files. Now copy the entire line below, paste it into the search box and click Search Now.

Zonelabs; "zone labs"; "Internet logs"; vsconfig.xml; vsdata.dll; vsdata95.vxd; vsdatant.sys; vsmon.*; vsmonapi.dll; vsnetutils.dll;vspubapi.dll; zaplus.*; zapro.*; zllictbl.dat; zlparser.dll; zonealarm.exe; zoneband.dll; vsutil.dll; zlclient.*

Hopefully, removing the reminets and running something like Ccleaner to clean out your temp files etc and removing invalid registry entries should resolve the issue.

Thanks Eric. I've deleted those remnants and run CCleaner. Will see how it goes from here.

Do keep us posted and if your doing a fresh install of CPF3 make sure you remove any remaning directories. The ones left after uninstall tend to be.
C:/program files/comodo
c:/documents and settings/all users/application data/comodo
c:/documents and settings/[username]/application data/comodo

OK it was still blue screening on shutdown. I've uninstalled CPF and cleaned up its remnants as you suggested. No more blue screens. I will give it a while longer to make sure the BSODs have really gone then will try a fresh install.
Cheers for now.

I have exactly the same problem as rloyed. My motherboard is a Asus P5K Premium Wifi/AP. This board comes with an onboard Realtek RTL8187 Wireless 802.11g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter. Whenever I try to use Comodo Firewall and the Wireless Adapter together I get the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD.

For me this is unfortunately 100% reproducible.

Hello,

I have, more or less, the same problem as michaelk: when I hibernate my computer, then restart it, I have a BSOD, with the error "BAD_POOL_CALLER", error 0x000000C2, parameters 0x0000007 and so on.

I have Vista SP1, Avast antivirus, and Comodo latest version (3.0.22.349).
But the problem was the same without SP1 and with previous versions of Comodo.

My minidump seems indicating that the problem come from a driver: inspect.sys

I wonder if it would be possible for the developpers of Comodo to release a special debug version of that driver, in order to obtain more information, by producing a detailed log file for example.
Because it seems to be very difficult to analyse the problem at booting.

I would'nt like to choose another firewall, as Comodo is powerful. But It is painful to have this problem everyday.

I should mention that I have no error on normal booting, juste with hibernate and suspend modes.

I would thank any help.  Smiley

Has there been any news regarding a fix for this bug?  I'd really like to go back to CIS but I had to stop using it because of this.

I think those were problems with CFP 3. Except one or two cases, BSODs are not observed in CIS. You may try it out and hopefully it works fine for you.

If the BSOD is still happening with the latest build, Then please add full system info and your minidump here.
