Upgrade Issue [HELP]

Just simple question,
do I need to uninstall my previous version of Comodo (Comodo Firewall Pro 3.0.12.266.exe) or you just simply install the newest (ver. 3.0.12.266) on top of it? Thx.

I think it's better to uninstall the old version.
