Rollback when installing on Server 2003

Hi, been using v2 firewall fine on WIndows 2000 but now trying to get v3 to work on Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Sp2. When running the install it goes through copying all the files but then does a rollback and quits - no application. Is this something to do with a security setting on the system perhaps ? Am logged in as Administrator and Windows Firewall is turned off with no alternaives installed.
Can anybody please assist ?

CFP3 only works on XP and Vista.

CFP 3.0.24/368, Vista Ultimate 32x + SP1, Avast! 4.8, Windows Defender. SAS offline. Acronis True Image just in case.
