pop up reminder

Hi Can anyone tell me how to uninsall the constant pop up reminder which seems to appear on my Pc about every 10 seconds when I am down loading

what is it reminding you to do?
If you are referring to the small popup at the bottom left corner noticing you about defense+ learning something, you can turn that off by right clicking on the firewall icon and unchecking 'display balloon messages'

Can you be more specific? What does it say? Is it the install mode pop up? Did you put Comodo into install mode?
