No Tray Animation [Resolved]

I clicked on the icon that said tray animation and she just sits there, when opening the application the window says everything is running normally but this isn't normal, "Is It"

I should be sent to my room I just rebooted and was on my way here, and now you know
the rest of the story. Thank you for replying as quickly as you did, now we can toss
this request aside and go back to waiting for my new Cavs 3 and yes I'm on the mailing
list.
