Different tray icons, way?

Hi,

I using Comodo Personal Firewall V3 and have a question about the tray icon (down at the clock).
It's looks like there is two different icons showing, some times with a white shield in normal size and some times with a smaller white shield with a "flame" in the left side. I can't find any explanation about this. What does this means? way showing two different icons, it makes me a little bit confused
