Block Program Internet Access

Hi.

I was wondering if someone could please tell me how to block programs from having internet connection access, without blocking the entire program from starting up.

Also,

How do I block a entire program file? Like if I installed a program and the file in the c drive where programs are installed, how do I block that folder with all the dll files and program files and prevent them from accessing the Internet or transmet a outgoing connection? Sorry if I did not phrase it very well, I hope I did.

Try this one:
Firewall-Advanced-Network Security Policy
Add
Select-Browse
Go down to MyComputer-c:\Program Files\
type *.* in File Name
click Open
Then Add...
Create Rule:
Block
IP
In/Out
Any
Any
Any

This IMHO should block any Internet (LAN too) activity for any program in C:\Program Files.
