Hi & welcome!

CFP 3 should already be in that mode when you install it in the first place. The application rules are in custom mode. CFP will ask you for permission when a program wants to access the internet.

np!
Screen capturing:
- press PrintScreen(top of the keyboard, right group of 3 buttons)
- press Start->Run. type "mspaint" with no quotes, Run.
- In the menu, go Edit->paste.
(-) to XXX/anonymize something, use a Line tool or Pen tool with black, red or any other color.
(-) you can also remove unnecessary parts of the screen, use Select tool. Select needed area and press edit-copy, then  file-new, edit-paste.
- File-Save As. Choose where to save(Desktop, my pictures) Give some name, extension->JPEG/JPG!!!.
Now you have a picture, you can attach to your message.

Now please do 3 screenshots of Comodo PF3.
1. Summary screen.
2. Firewall->Advanced->Network Security Policy-> Application Rules.
3. Firewall->Advanced->Network Security Policy-> Global Rules.

Please post these 3 screens.
