Hello, I am a fairly new COMODO user that just came from Zone Alarm. I have an executable, lets just call it "loader.exe",  that keeps getting quarantined. I would like to know how to put this file in an exception list. I tried to add it to "My Protected Files", but to no avail. I also added it to "My Pending Files" and then moved it to "My Own Safe Files" but this also didn't work.

All help is appreciated. Thank you!

There is no reason it should end up quarantined unless you made some rule for it. Are you talking about the malware scanner? If you want a program to be trusted by Comodo then simply go to thr D+ tab/Advanced/Computer Security Policy and add your program there. Also put D+ in safe mode. Its the best functionality that way.
