There are a large amount of programs out there being used by CPF users, and it wouul d be a mammoth job to compile descriptions for every one that requires net access.  im referring to the information comments in the pop-ups.

could a "submit program" button not be included on the popup that would allow the user to complete a short description of the file.  these could then be included in CPF updates.

i would expect them to be vetted before inclusion, but this would save a lot of time on the developers part.
