I have encountered strange entries in the Network Security Policy page and the Security Policy page.  The icon or favicon on the left is just a tiny outstretched hand, like it has something in the palm, or connotes, like. "give me something."  There is no address afterwards, just the icon.  On the far right the notations appear like trusted application, custom policy.  As I clicked on them to try to change the policy, it would not allow me to change it, nor list the address of the entry.  I had to cancel out of the change mode.  This occurred in the firewall area and the defense page too.  Finally the way I got rid of them was to remove them using the button on the right of the page.  I still don't know what the entries were connected to.

Any ideas?
