SECURITY RISKS

Sometimes when I am opening the web or outlook express I get security warnings saying medium and sometimes high risk but if I deny them I cant go on browsing or look at my e.mail. What is this?

Sounds like an issue with the firewall instead of D+ to me, but a few screens would greatly help.
