This is probably in the wrong spot, but i need help!! I don't know if I have version 2 or 3, i just need help Sad

First off, been using comodo for a while now, i love it, for some reason the firewall just blocked my wireless connection, and while the firewall is off i cannot connect. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Hi Larzokthewizard

Welcome to the Comodo forum

The first thing we need to do is get all your information.

To find the version of your firewall open it and click on the about label at the top (version 2.4.18.184) or click open the firewall and go to miscellaneous - about (for version 3.5.57173.439).

Then give us all of your system specifications - the operating system, SP #, 32 or 64 bit.  What other security applications you have running, your wireless information, and describe as best you can exactly what is happening.

We are here to help you if we can.
