Personal Firewall Password Protection And Export feature

I wanna that a password protection to a firewall is important. Comodo Personal Firewall don`t have this feature.
A "Export Settings" and "Import Settings" is convenient when the user needs to format or reinstall a Operational System or Firewall.
The Comodo applications have a Language Packs to Portuguese(Brazilian)??
