I just downloaded the pro version and I am not being asked if I want a certain program to access the Internet?

I'm assuming this is in reference to CPF 3?

By Default CPF3's Firewall security level is set to "Train with Safe Mode" which automatically allows and creates rules for  Comodo Safelisted Files/Programs and Alert you of any unknown application connections to the internet.. If you change the Firewall Security Level to  Custom Policy Mode then it will ask you about everything that tries to connect to the internet including Comodo's SafeListed Applications.

If this is in relation to CPF 2 then you need to Click on Security And then Miscellaneous >>> Settings and uncheck (Automatically allow Comodo Safelisted Applications)
