How to unblock block URLs?

I accidentally blocked Internet Explorer URLs needed with Microsoft Update and can only get to an early page in the Update process at which time Comodo blocks further action. The only way I can now get updates is to turn off the Comodo Firewall. How do I unblock those URLs? Thanks!
I have CFP version 2.4.19.185
