Now it is December 2008 and this problem persists - because I've got it. But the answer is simple, I thought I'd spell it out again, clearly, at the end of this thread (though it is already mentioned in the thread)
Just right click over your Task Bar Icon, click on 'Adjust Security Level', click on 'Custom' (even though it's already checked).
The message will go away.
One part of the prog is apparently waiting for you to manually set the security level, even though the core parts of the prog have already woken up and gone to work with a default security level of 'custom'.
It's no drama. Apparently if you do nothing at all and leave the message there your protection is still good.
Just put this in to try to help. Of course if you start reading the thread from the beginning like I did, it'll take you five pages to get here ...... sorry....
