http://www.portforward.com/cports.htmthis site is designed to help people port forward with various routers. but it is useful for software firewalls as it tells you the ports for alot of common and not so common programs, making it easier to setup individual programs. where it says "<---click the link" you'll need to sellect a router and find it that way.
there's probably other sites that list them, but this is the best i've found. and it's updated regularly.
