Dear Group, i'm slowly getting to grips with Comodo firewall but heres a question maybe you can help me with.

On the first run with Limewire ( a P2P program) i was asked to allow internet access and server access which i did.

Assuming i don't want to grant access to my shares, with ZA i used to disalow server access.  With Comodo, if i try that, Limewire won't connect, telling me that my firewall is blocking it.

So, if i did want to use a P2P program to download files, but didn't want to grant access to my own, how would i go about it please?

Many Thanks

You're using v2?

If your using XP or Vista, Upgrading to v3 would be good. Smiley

I don't have v2 anymore so I don't know how to answer your question.

Just unchecked your shared files in Limewire. You don't need a firewall to that for you. Limewire does it itself.
