2.3.5.62 Windows Startup [Resolved]

Finally resolved the startup issue: noticed that other apps in the startup file have a".lnk" attribute. Did a WIKI search on .lnk and realized that all I had to do was to create a shortcut to "cpf.exe". I placed the resulting "cpf.lnk" in the starup menu and voila! so far so good. Love it!
Thanks to all for your interest and help.
Now how do I let the ticket people know that my issue is no longer?
