Hi. I've just installed EasyVPN on my laptop behind corporate proxy server & firewall. There were no installation errors. When I tried to create my account for the first time, the following error message appeared after a 5mins wait "EasyVPN service is currently unavailable. Please try again later".  I don't think there are any connectivity issues as CIS is connected to the internet & able to get updates. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

dreamerman,

EasyVPN server is up and running right now. I could not confirm it run on time when you have tried to register.
In case of successful registration, you should receive email from COMODO EasyVPN to confirm your registration process. If you did not receive confirmation e-mail, try to register again please.

Regards,

Question from Captain Obvious : Has this email address already been used with an EasyVPN registraion?

You can have multiple EasyVPN accounts, but each account must be associated with a unique email address.

hope this helps,
Ewen :-)

Thanks for your reply.
However, was unable to register any account.
I have reformatted my hard drive and re-installed Windows XP SP3 ( I do that on a regular basis when Windows falls over ). I shall try again.

I was able to create an account, however I am not able to register my work email which has a ".org" extension...is there some kind of reason for this?
