I have just uninstalled CAV.

At the completion of uninstallation, I was told I was to reboot my machine. At that particular moment it was most inconvenient to do so. I tried clicking the Close cross, ubt was rebooted anyway.

Unless there is an operational necessity to do this immediately I would prefer to be given the choice.

Thanks

Well its a good idea to reboot after the installation, or uninstallation of security software.

So you get rid of the remaining files as quickly as possible to avoid confliction, or instabillity.  Just next time wait for a good time to install / uninstall.  Smiley

Thanks for the reply. I agree with what you have said. However I would still like to be given a stern warning <G> and the choice
